U.K Shipping:

All orders to the U.K. are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Shipping within 3 working days - this is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days, however Royal Mail are still experiencing some delays. If you wish to upgrade your order to Special Delivery (Tracked and Signed For), then please get in touch after you've placed your order and you will be sent a link for payment. Please note that orders sent 1st Class are not tracked, however we can provide proof of postage.

International Shipping:

We are now posting all international orders with a Tracked and Signed service with Royal Mail - however delivery times can vary depending on your location. Due to Brexit and the ever-changing guidelines, K.Moods is not responsible for any custom fees you may experience as each country has its own duties and taxes - you are responsible for any fees which may incur. 

Returns:

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We can only offer a refund in the event of a faulty item, however we are happy to exchange where possible if you are unhappy with your order - please get in touch within 14 days. K.Moods is not responsible for the postage costs of the returned item (unless faulty), and goods must be unused and in condition suitable for resale.
